- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions that align with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure instructional design strategies are current and effective.
- Utilize a variety of instructional design methods and tools, such as storyboarding, scenarios, interactive activities, and assessments.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of training programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in instructional design.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into training programs.
- Work with multimedia and graphic design teams to develop engaging and visually appealing training materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training programs with company initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and make recommendations for new or updated training programs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other instructional designers on the team.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as instructional design standards and guidelines.
Extensive Experience In Instructional Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Creating Effective And Engaging Learning Materials.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Adult Learning Theories And How To Apply Them In Creating Training Programs For Employees At Different Levels.
Familiarity With E-Learning Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Various E-Learning Authoring Tools, Such As Articulate Storyline And Adobe Captivate, And Have Experience In Developing Interactive And Multimedia-Rich Online Courses.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Instructional Design Projects From Start To Finish, Including Defining Project Scope, Timelines, And Budgets, As Well As Coordinating With Subject Matter Experts And Other Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, And Other Instructional Designers.
