- Design and implement training evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of programs.

- Create and maintain project plans and timelines for training development and implementation.
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the instructional design team.

- Adhere to company branding and style guidelines in all training materials.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge And Experience With E-Learning Authoring Tools, Learning Management Systems, And Multimedia Development Software.
