Senior Director, Product And Experience Design

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Director, Product and Experience Design to join T-Mobile's Product Design team. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for creating a world-class experience for our customers across all digital touchpoints. You will lead a team of talented designers, UX/UI researchers, product managers and strategists to create innovative solutions that solve customer problems.The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership and design skills, with a proven track record of success in leading multi-disciplinary teams. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to think strategically, while still paying attention to the details. They should be passionate about creating great customer experiences, and have an eye for detail and a flair for creativity.The Senior Director, Product and Experience Design will be responsible for driving product and experience design vision forward, leading the design team to ensure customer centricity, and creating a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organization.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field• 10+ years of experience in product and experience design, including 5+ years leading product design teams• Expert knowledge of current design trends and platforms• Proven track record of success in driving design initiatives• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively• Ability to think creatively and strategically• Experience working in an agile environment

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of designers, UX/UI researchers, product managers, and strategists to create innovative solutions that solve customer problems.
2. Establish and maintain product and experience design vision and direction.
3. Develop and maintain standards for design and user experience.
4. Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
6. Provide guidance to team members on design standards, user experience, and other related topics.
7. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer feedback, making suggestions for improvement.
8. Create a culture of innovation and collaboration.
9. Communicate progress and successes to stakeholders.
10. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
