  1. Develop and design user interfaces and experiences that are visually stunning, intuitive, and align with T-Mobile's brand and design standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to bring projects from concept to completion.
  3. Utilize user-centric design principles to understand and anticipate user needs and preferences.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into projects.
  6. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  7. Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  8. Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
  9. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital touchpoints to maintain a seamless user experience.
  10. Take ownership of projects and meet project timelines and deliverables.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the user experience for T-Mobile's customers.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of T-Mobile's brand and design guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to them.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive brand representation across all digital platforms.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates on project status.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the design team at T-Mobile.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Ui/Ux Design, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.

  • Strong Portfolio Demonstrating A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And The Ability To Create Visually Appealing And Intuitive Interfaces.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements And Deliver High-Quality Designs.
