Senior Corporate Counsel -- Intellectual Property/Patents

In this role, you will be responsible for providing counsel and support on the full range of intellectual property and patent matters, including licensing and registration. You should be a creative problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should have an in-depth understanding of patent and intellectual property law, as well as the ability to think strategically and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have:• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school• A minimum of 8 years of experience in intellectual property and patent law• Admitted to a state bar• A strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, regulations, and practices• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
