  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy for the company, in line with overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of business intelligence analysts, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  4. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the company.
  5. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and data models to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the company's performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's data capabilities.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment of business intelligence initiatives.
  9. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
  10. Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on the effective use of business intelligence tools and platforms.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Or A Similar Role.

  • Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Translate Data Insights Into Actionable Strategies For The Company.
