Scrum Master

This role will continually look for ways that the teams can improve and will be able to encourage growth through cultivating strong relationships and trust. Serve product teams as a Scrum Master, technical project management and release management. Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including: daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and demos. Collaborate with product, business and technical teams to ensure deep understanding of product and ROI objectives, help teams break down and organize work, facilitate dependencies and reduce waste. Coach the team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, team accountability and ensuring the work is visible. Drive team improvements that reduce waste, improve team culture. Increase probability of delivery success through release management best practices.
