
Revenue Assurance Manager
Assist in the documentation of a clear vision and direction for the teams. Build, maintain and track process to ensure thorough and methodical approaches by the RM team are realized on a consistent basis. Establish and maintain strong, sustainable, and influential relationships with business partners through project, issue, and program interactions. Participate in Feasibly and projects to ensure RA requirements are met. Build business cases and effectively communicate to the business and all levels of management as required. Participate in the identification of RM opportunities with employees, business & management –align with business partners and peers on priorities of focus. Influence the business to optimize revenue and/or cost in areas of risk. Ensure the team is successfully managing processes, controls and systems for optimum performance. Monitor, track, quantify and evaluate revenue gains.
5-8 years related revenue risk experience in leadership position.
Experience working with business partners and executives required.
3+ years managing programs or people required. 5 years preferred.
Experience leading teams (directly or indirectly) with strategic business initiatives across multiple business partners.
CPA, CIA or MBA preferred.
