  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting them with their needs.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance and meet sales targets.
  5. Train, coach, and mentor store employees to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve sales performance.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws and regulations.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  9. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure effective store operations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the store and increase customer base.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to provide customers with the latest products and services.
  12. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for employees.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  14. Manage store budget and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  15. Communicate regularly with upper management to discuss store performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  16. Adhere to company standards for safety, security, and cleanliness.
  17. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  18. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in store operations.
  20. Represent T-Mobile in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
