Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including staffing, training, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
3. Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy and availability of products.
6. Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to encourage growth and development.
9. Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
