Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a staff of up to 10 people, ensuring a successful team-oriented culture.
  2. Set and meet sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and inquiries.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  5. Monitor daily sales and inventory levels and adjust accordingly.
  6. Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback and guidance.
  7. Train staff on T-Mobile products and services.
  8. Ensure store is well-maintained and organized.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all T-Mobile policies and procedures.
