We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Retail Associate Manager to join our team at T-Mobile. The Retail Associate Manager will be responsible for managing and delegating tasks to the store team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring store operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and remain calm and professional in stressful situations. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor who is passionate about developing their career in retail management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of retail management experience. They must also be proficient in using various computer applications, including POS systems, and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate tasks to store team in order to maximize operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure store operations are running smoothly by monitoring daily operations, managing inventory, and training staff.
- Maintain store appearance in accordance with company standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Coach and mentor store team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control store expenses in order to maximize profitability.
