As the face of T-Mobile, you will be responsible for leading our retail associates in providing exceptional customer service, delivering store objectives, and managing daily operations.To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of sales and customer service principles with a proven record of success in retail management. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, train, and manage retail associates to ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement new strategies to improve store performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage daily operations and ensure that all store processes and procedures are followed.
  4. Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of retail associates.
  5. Analyze sales reports and other related data to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Ensure that store standards are met according to company policies and regulations.
  8. Prepare and manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and expenses.
  9. Monitor stock levels and place orders for new merchandise.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
