  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  15. Represent T-Mobile in a professional and positive manner at all times.
