Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed sales goals • Maintain a high level of customer service standards • Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment • Train and develop new associates on store policies and procedures • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Monitor store performance and recommend areas for improvement • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and promotions
