Job Description

Welcome to T-Mobile! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Operations Manager to join our team.As Product Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the product team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the product across its lifecycle. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets customer needs and performance goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of product management, an aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain product operations plans and strategies.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the product throughout its lifecycle.
  3. Ensure that the product meets customer needs and performance goals.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback.
  6. Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product development.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve product operations.
  8. Manage product budgets and resources.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
