As a Principal Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to safeguard our company's critical assets and infrastructure.   1. Develop and implement data security strategies to protect the company's critical assets and infrastructure.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's systems and processes.
  4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends and proactively identify potential risks to the company.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  7. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Communicate security risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Oversee the implementation of security controls and technologies to protect the company's data and systems.
  10. Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
  11. Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze security systems and processes for potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or cyber attack.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on security matters.
  16. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.
  17. Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise in data security.
  18. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  19. Continuously review and update security policies and procedures to adapt to changing threats and technologies.
  20. Represent the company in meetings and discussions related to data security with external stakeholders and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Information Security, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Enterprise Security Systems And Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Encryption Protocols.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa, Pci, And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Security Professionals.
