- Conduct data analysis and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision making.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to gather, analyze and interpret data.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
- Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate insights.
- Continuously improve and streamline data processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business goals and objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence and analytics, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Intelligence And Data Analysis, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Information Systems, Or Computer Science.
Expertise In Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, And Data Mining Techniques.
Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Strategic Initiatives To Improve Business Performance.
