Responsibilities: • Create and develop innovative design solutions for occupancy planning • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to create designs • Review and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and sketches • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team • Communicate design ideas and solutions clearly to other members of the team • Develop creative solutions to complex design challenges • Ensure that all designs meet relevant building codes and standards • Monitor progress and track project milestones • Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation of design plans • Take initiative to identify and resolve any design issues or challenges • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
