2. Develop space plans and designs to optimize usage of space.
3. Provide construction management services as needed.
4. Work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
6. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

8. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all designs and plans.
