  1. Create engaging and impactful written content for various platforms, including press releases, media pitches, social media posts, and internal communications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic messaging and storytelling plans that align with the company's goals and initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for proactive media coverage and thought leadership.
  4. Edit and proofread content from other team members for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
  5. Manage and maintain the company's newsroom and media contacts database.
  6. Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify potential issues or opportunities for response.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure positive coverage for the company.
  8. Provide writing and editing support for executive communications, including speeches and presentations.
  9. Work closely with the PR team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all external communications.
  10. Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the company's storytelling and messaging strategies.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and champion for T-Mobile's values and culture in all written communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Newsroom Writing And Editing, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Ap Style And Ability To Write In A Clear, Concise, And Engaging Manner

  • Excellent Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Grammar, Spelling, And Punctuation

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Collaborate With A Team Of Writers, Editors, And Pr Professionals.
