- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic messaging and storytelling plans that align with the company's goals and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for proactive media coverage and thought leadership.
- Edit and proofread content from other team members for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
- Manage and maintain the company's newsroom and media contacts database.
- Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify potential issues or opportunities for response.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure positive coverage for the company.
- Provide writing and editing support for executive communications, including speeches and presentations.
- Work closely with the PR team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all external communications.
- Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the company's storytelling and messaging strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador and champion for T-Mobile's values and culture in all written communications.
Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Newsroom Writing And Editing, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry
Strong Understanding Of Ap Style And Ability To Write In A Clear, Concise, And Engaging Manner
Excellent Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Grammar, Spelling, And Punctuation
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Collaborate With A Team Of Writers, Editors, And Pr Professionals.
