  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of T-Mobile's brand, products, and services.
  2. Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and other communications materials.
  3. Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to inform content strategy.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists to secure coverage.
  7. Craft messaging and talking points for company executives and spokespersons for media interviews and events.
  8. Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on key metrics to track the effectiveness of PR efforts.
  9. Assist in crisis communication and reputation management as needed.
  10. Stay informed of competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential communication opportunities.
  11. Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to develop creative and innovative PR campaigns.
  12. Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all written materials to ensure brand consistency.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and customer service, to ensure integrated messaging and brand messaging.
  14. Proactively seek out opportunities for thought leadership and media placements to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve PR and communication strategies to align with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In News Writing, Editing, And/Or Public Relations.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills With The Ability To Adapt Writing Style To Fit Brand Voice And Tone.

  • Familiarity With Ap Style And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
