
Network Service Manager
The Network Service Managers (NSM) are assigned to the largest TFB Strategic, FedGov, Enterprise customers, and acts as the liaison between customers and T-Mobile’s Network/Operations’ teams on Service Assurance issues. The NSM interacts with multiple management layers internally and externally regarding all facets of Service Assurance needs for their assigned TFB customers. Acts as the Primary customer advocate and liaison on technical issues, performance concerns and customer escalations. Demonstrates strong technical aptitude, with a solid understanding of customer’s network design, technologies, products/services in order to effectively manage customer requirements. Thoroughly understand and manage all escalation processes and resources. Effective matrix management skills to influence/escalate for commitments with other groups.
5+ years of Telecom work experience with technical background
