1. Greet customers and assess and address their individual needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep knowledge of T-Mobile products and services.
3. Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs.
4. Educate customers about promotions, plans, and features.
5. Provide customer service and troubleshoot any customer issues.
6. Ensure all products and services are accurately accounted for and processed.
7. Process payments and transactions accurately.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
9. Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
10. Monitor inventory levels and order new products and supplies.
11. Track customer complaints and feedback and provide timely solutions.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
