Mobile Associate, Retail Sales

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mobile Associate, Retail Sales to join our team at T-Mobile. You should be able to use your knowledge and enthusiasm to sell T-Mobile products and services. With the ability to explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience, you will be a key asset to the team.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the wireless or retail industry. Responsibilities: -Greet customers and provide excellent customer service -Explain complex technical information to customers in a non-technical manner -Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions -Provide product demonstrations and support to customers -Upsell T-Mobile products and services -Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, pricing, and promotions -Maintain store appearance and cleanliness -Maintain accurate records of daily sales -Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions -Comply with all industry regulations and T-Mobile policies
