Customer Service Skills: A Mobile Associate Must Possess Strong Customer Service Skills In Order To Provide A Positive And Memorable Experience For Customers.
Sales Experience: This Position Requires Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Setting, In Order To Effectively Sell T-Mobile Products And Services To Customers.
Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary For A Mobile Associate To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Managers.
Technical Knowledge: A Mobile Associate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Mobile Devices, Networks, And Technology In Order To Assist Customers With Their Purchases And Troubleshoot Any Issues.
