  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending the best products and services to meet those needs.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of T-Mobile's products and services, such as the latest mobile devices and plans.
  4. Assist customers in making informed decisions by explaining pricing, promotions, and any additional fees.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technology trends and updates to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide the best possible customer experience.
  9. Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  10. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including adhering to sales guidelines and protocols.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay knowledgeable about new products, promotions, and company updates.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the T-Mobile brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
