- Demonstrate knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services, including smartphones, tablets, plans, and accessories.
- Educate customers on the latest wireless technology and how it can enhance their daily lives.
- Assist customers with setting up new devices, transferring data, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting T-Mobile products and services.
