Job Description

We’re looking for an outgoing, passionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate, Retail Sales at T-Mobile. Our ideal candidate is someone who exudes enthusiasm, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers find the best solutions for their wireless needs.The Mobile Associate, Retail Sales will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and managing the store operations. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior retail or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Drive sales by proactively engaging customers and answering their inquiries.
  3. Manage store operations, such as inventory, cash handling, and customer flow.
  4. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  5. Utilize problem-solving and interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively handle customer issues.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and displays.
  7. Stay up to date on T-Mobile products and services.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities.
