Job Description

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced, bilingual Spanish-speaking Mobile Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic role, perfect for an individual who is passionate about customer service and helping people. As a Mobile Associate, you’ll be the face of T-Mobile, helping customers find the perfect solutions to meet their communication needs.To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, as well as fluency in both Spanish and English. You must also be an excellent communicator, able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Your friendly attitude and enthusiasm for technology will make you a great ambassador for T-Mobile. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to T-Mobile customers.
  2. Assist customers in finding the best solutions to meet their communication needs.
  3. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both Spanish and English.
  4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  5. Act as an ambassador for T-Mobile, displaying a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards technology.
  6. Participate in team meetings and activities.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain a working knowledge of T-Mobile products and services.
  9. Troubleshoot customer technical issues.
  10. Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
