To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and technical knowledge of the wireless industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  2. Promote T-Mobile’s products and services to customers and explain how they can benefit from them.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the wireless industry, staying up to date on market trends and technology advancements.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and transactions.
  6. Build customer loyalty by providing personalized customer service.
  7. Support team members with their customer service needs.
  8. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  9. Utilize sales techniques to close deals and meet targets.
  10. Stay up to date on T-Mobile promotions and offers.
