  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive consumer insights strategy to support T-Mobile's marketing initiatives.
  2. Utilize data and market research to identify key consumer trends and behaviors, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop actionable insights that drive business growth.
  4. Develop and manage consumer research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather insights and feedback from customers.
  5. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  6. Use data and insights to develop customer personas and segmentation strategies to better target and engage key consumer groups.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations for T-Mobile's marketing strategies.
  8. Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest tools and methodologies for consumer insights.
  10. Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using insights and data to make recommendations for future campaigns.
  11. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on consumer insights, sharing best practices and driving a data-driven culture within the Marketing team and across the company.
  12. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Insights, Market Research, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies And Experience Designing And Executing Research Studies.
