- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive consumer insights strategy to support T-Mobile's marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data and market research to identify key consumer trends and behaviors, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Develop and manage consumer research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather insights and feedback from customers.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use data and insights to develop customer personas and segmentation strategies to better target and engage key consumer groups.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations for T-Mobile's marketing strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest tools and methodologies for consumer insights.
- Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using insights and data to make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on consumer insights, sharing best practices and driving a data-driven culture within the Marketing team and across the company.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Insights, Market Research, Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Departments.
Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies And Experience Designing And Executing Research Studies.
