- Communicate and present consumer insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest market research trends and methodologies to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external research agencies and vendors.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure consumer needs and preferences are considered in the development of new products and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of consumer insights analysts to deliver high-quality, timely, and impactful insights.
- Ensure all research and insights are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant industry regulations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Consumer Insights Or Market Research, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Familiarity With Data Analysis Tools Such As Spss Or Sas.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights To Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Improving Processes.
