
Manager, Creative Direction
We at T-Mobile are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Manager of Creative Direction to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the creative aspects of our marketing and communications projects, from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should have an innovative eye for design and a passion for working with dynamic teams.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative direction or art direction role. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to lead and motivate a team of creative professionals. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and concepts for T-Mobile’s marketing and communications projects
- Lead and motivate a team of creative professionals to ensure projects are executed successfully
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assess creative needs and collaborate with design teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Monitor workflow, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to company standards and regulations
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to create inspiring visuals
- Offer creative guidance and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality results
- Monitor industry trends and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and solutions
