
Group Project Manager

- Oversee and manage multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making among team members.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing support and direction to help them achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve project management processes.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Represent the company and project teams in a professional manner, both internally and externally.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
