  1. Develop and execute strategic partnerships and marketing campaigns that align with T-Mobile's brand and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and secure opportunities for brand integration, co-branding, and sponsorships in the entertainment industry.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  4. Manage relationships with key entertainment industry contacts, including artists, influencers, and brands, to foster strong partnerships and drive brand recognition.
  5. Create and manage budgets for entertainment marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  6. Lead the planning and execution of events, activations, and other marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, social media, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
  8. Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  9. Represent T-Mobile at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand within the entertainment community.
  10. Stay informed of competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges for T-Mobile's entertainment marketing initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Entertainment Marketing, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Partnerships With Entertainment Companies And Influencers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Entertainment Trends And Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Relevant Opportunities For T-Mobile.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Entertainment Industry.
