Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic team? T-Mobile is seeking a Director, HR Strategic Consulting to join our Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate brings a passion for consultative solutions, a commitment to creative problem-solving, and an enthusiasm for developing innovative HR strategies.In this role, you'll partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that drive business results. You'll be responsible for evaluating and managing HR initiatives, from program development to delivery, and ensuring the effective execution of HR policies and procedures.To be successful in this position, you'll need a minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience, including at least 5 years of progressive HR consulting and/or strategy development. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
