  1. Develop and execute data strategies that align with T-Mobile's business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key data and reporting needs.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  4. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data findings to various stakeholders.
  6. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable insights.
  7. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through data analysis and reporting.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  9. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure and systems support the needs of the business.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential data and reporting issues, and provide solutions to resolve them.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.
  14. Provide guidance and recommendations to leadership based on data insights and analysis.
  15. Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of data and reporting processes and procedures.

This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Various Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Data Analysts And Reporting Specialists. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Building And Managing High-Performing Teams, As Well As The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Involve Developing And Implementing Data And Reporting Strategies To Support Business Objectives. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Business Problems.
