
Customer Service Associate Underwriter
The Customer Service Associate Underwriter, Credit Risk Management is the secondary level of review of T-Mobile for Business credit applications. The Customer Service Associate Underwriter utilizes credit application data supplemented by the creditworthiness of business customers seeking handset and service plans of TMUS. Conduct in-depth investigations to authenticate business information using multiple internet resources. Identifies and reports fraudulent account activity. Validate that new and existing T-Mobile For Business applicants meet defined Credit standards for additional lines of service. Delivers one-contact resolution of dealer and customer issues.
1-2 years customer service call center experience
Experience with CRM platforms preferred
1-2 years’ experience in commercial lending /banking background preferred
