We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Solutions Engineer to join our team at T-Mobile. This position will play a key role in planning, developing, and delivering solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, two years of experience in a software engineering or software development role, and excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  3. Design and develop software applications using programming languages, operating systems, and database technologies.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug applications and systems as needed.
  5. Monitor system performance and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain user documentation.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
