Job Description

You will work with a variety of hardware and software systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software is also required. A strong customer service background is preferred. Responsibilities:

  5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
  6. Provide expertise on system, network, and security configurations.
  7. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates on progress.
  8. Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
