Partner with language localization vendor to ensure expedient and accurate translation of Spanish content for T-Mobile’s consumer websites. Author/approve/publish Spanish content leveraging the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management platform. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify copy and assets for translation. Contribute to the creation and evolution of content authoring processes and best practices. Evangelize localization processes and features to stakeholders. Partner with product management and technical support to troubleshoot issues on T-Mobile’s Spanish consumer websites. Own responsibility for execution of complex content and catalog updates across T-Mobile digital channels. Work with analytics, performance, and accessibility to develop and report metrics for content performance and improvement.
