
Analyst, Supply Chain - Transportation And Customer Experience
Manage customer experience improvements through order lifecycle reporting and exception management processes including unifying shipping methods, verbiage, and understandings across all ordering methods. Build and maintain manual reports using MS SQL and Excel and work closely with reporting team to automate reporting. Present recommendations supported by data analysis to Senior Leadership. Develop, direct, and manage effective and economical logistics policies, procedures and operating standards by providing guidance in balancing cost/service relationships including working with internal teams and DC to find most efficient routing methods for all channels for all shipping methods. Drive and facilitate activities that improve coordination and communication within the logistics department and other departments throughout the company. Collaborate with vendor managers to provide feedback and hold carriers and DC operations accountable to SLA to achieve excellence in customer experience.
4-7 years transportation, distribution and vendor management background – proven leadership skills in these areas
Knowledge of transportation regulations, practices and procedures
Wireless industry experience – desired
Experience and proven record of working on multiple tasks/projects under tight time constraints
