Job Description

As T-Mobile’s Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make an impact by building key relationships with our customers. We are looking for a motivated, customer-driven individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has a passion for developing relationships with both current and potential customers.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a competitive environment. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized, have a proven track record of success, and be able to think creatively to come up with solutions to customer challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities
  3. Identify customer needs and provide solutions and recommendations
  4. Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential opportunities
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
  7. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  9. Provide support and assistance to other departments when needed
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
