Responsibilities of an Account Executive:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  2. Research and identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  4. Monitor customer accounts and provide timely feedback on customer needs.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  6. Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Track sales performance and provide reports to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of T-Mobile’s products and services.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
