Job Description

If you believe you have what it takes to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• At least 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other applicable software

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  2. Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  3. Utilize customer feedback to improve services and products.
  4. Monitor customer service trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Manage sales and customer service processes to ensure efficiency.
  6. Create reports and presentations to track customer service metrics.
  7. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer service initiatives.
