Solution Architect Hybrid Datacenter

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solution Architect Hybrid Datacenter to join Swisscom's dynamic team. We are looking for someone who has a strong passion to innovate and a desire to build customer-focused, cloud-native and distributed solutions in the hybrid data center space. The ideal candidate will also need to have a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, experience in designing, building, and operating distributed systems, and a strong eye for detail.The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including customer teams and other partners. They will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to develop creative solutions to complex customer problems. We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. 6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required
7. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cloud-native technologies
8. Monitor and evaluate system performance and implement changes where necessary
9. Maintain high levels of security and privacy in the hybrid datacenter
10. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members
