Job Description

Swisscom is looking for an experienced and passionate ServiceNow Solution Consultant to help our customers realize the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and design innovative solutions to solve their problems. You will also collaborate with developers and architects to ensure the solutions are implemented according to best practice and industry standards.The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record in successful implementations, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for learning new technologies.If you are up for a challenge and have the skills and experience to deliver excellent ServiceNow solutions, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions to solve their problems
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions according to best practice and industry standards
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure successful implementations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies
  • Develop detailed technical documentation
  • Maintain an understanding of customer requirements and expectations
  • Proactively identify potential areas of improvement for ServiceNow solutions
