Swisscom is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. We want a professional who can take responsibility for the overall design, implementation and maintenance of our network. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be willing to learn new technologies quickly.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as network engineering, system administration, or network architecture. You must also have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess strong technical knowledge of networking technologies such as Cisco routers and switches, and a strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and Ethernet. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is also preferred.You should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
