MicroStrategy Administrator

Swisscom is looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Administrator to join our team and help us make the most of our data-driven decision-making process. If you think you have what it takes to join us, we’d love to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field• 5+ years of experience with MicroStrategy administration• Hands-on experience with database design and query optimization• In-depth knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data management systems using MicroStrategy • Administer MicroStrategy user security and access control • Troubleshoot and resolve MicroStrategy system issues • Monitor and optimize performance of MicroStrategy databases • Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures • Develop and maintain scripts and stored procedures to automate tasks • Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements • Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions • Maintain and improve data quality through data profiling and analysis • Research and recommend data management technologies to support business objectives • Provide technical support and training to end users • Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity during the ETL process
