Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join Swisscom’s dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, resolving customer queries in an effective and timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for customer service. They should also be highly organized with a proven track record of problem solving skills. A college or university degree and/or equivalent experience in customer service are strongly preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to Swisscom customers.
  2. Effectively and efficiently resolve customer queries.
  3. Develop positive relationships with customers.
  4. Maintain a professional and friendly manner when communicating with customers.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Swisscom.
  7. Document customer interactions and inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  10. Remain flexible and available for overtime when necessary.
