
Customer Care Consultant
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join Swisscom’s dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, resolving customer queries in an effective and timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for customer service. They should also be highly organized with a proven track record of problem solving skills. A college or university degree and/or equivalent experience in customer service are strongly preferred.
